Cu peste 4000 de magazine, Grand Bazaar este cea mai veche piață acoperită (sau bazar) din Istanbul și una dintre cele mai mari din lume.

Construit din ordinul sultanului Mehmet între 1455 și 1560 pentru a stimula economia orașului, Grand Bazaar a funcționat neîntrerupt de atunci.
