No — each pass is tied to a single traveller. Every adult and child needs their own pass. Under-6s always enter free.
What if a venue is unexpectedly closed?
If a venue closes for reasons outside your control (national holidays, maintenance), the PRIME Pass team arranges access to an alternative attraction of equal or greater value.
Does my pass refresh every day?
No. Each attraction is included once per pass. The pass runs for consecutive calendar days (Istanbul GMT+3) from the date of first use.
Is there a child or family rate?
Children under 6 are always free and need no pass. A child pass is priced €10 below the adult pass. Families of 4+ get 10% off with code PRIMEFAMILY.
How is PRIME Pass different from the standard PRIME Pass?
The PRIME Pass includes skip-the-line privileges, the Bosphorus cruise, the mobile app with audio guides, and member pricing on 23 add-ons. The standard PRIME Pass offers entry only.
Can I cancel after purchase?
Yes — you can cancel an unactivated pass and request a refund up to 24 hours before your first scan; a 10% restocking fee applies to refunds. Once activated (first scan), the pass is non-refundable. See our Terms for full details.
Do I need to print anything?
Nothing. Your QR lives in the Istanbul PRIME Pass app and in your confirmation email. Your phone is your ticket.
Is my personal data private?
PRIME Pass does not sell your data. Personal information is processed only to deliver your pass and improve the product. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
How far in advance should I buy?
You can buy up to 12 months before you plan to travel — the pass only activates on first scan. Buying early locks in today's price.

Is Istanbul PRIME Pass the same as Istanbul Tourist Pass?
