Join a hands-on workshop and discover one of Istanbul’s most colorful traditional arts: Turkish mosaic lamp making. The experience begins with a short introduction to the history of mosaic lamps and their place in Turkish culture. With guidance from a skilled instructor, you create your own lamp step by step by placing the template and choosing from a wide selection of colorful stones and glass pieces. It is an enjoyable and relaxing activity, even for first-time participants.
During the workshop, guests are served Turkish tea or apple tea. After completing the design, your lamp remains at the gallery for the drying and finishing process.
