The aquarium and underwater zoo, composed of different thematic sections, namely the Main Tank that includes the Tunnel Aquarium as well as Rocky Shores, Forests, Rivers and Falls, Penguin Island, Crocodile Kingdom, and the interactive play area Dreamers Island, is home to more than 20,000 marine animals and amphibians of 200 species.
Emaar Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is home to 200 thousand aquatic creatures and amphibians from more than 200 species with its 1.2 million liter water capacity.

Their new home, a tunnel-shaped huge aquarium, is located 3.5 meters below the ground and is filled with azure blue waters. This impressive aquarium has a capacity of 1.2 million liters of water that accommodates more than 20,000 aquatic creatures and amphibians of 200 species. The creatures that the aquarium contains vary, including reptiles, tarantulas, crocodiles, penguins, scorpions, shellfish, iguanas, chameleons, and tropical fish.
